  • Champion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency improvements

About You

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on the floor for extended periods (8+ hours) in a hands-on leadership role
  • Flexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and comfort learning new technologies
  • Schedule & Availability: This role follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. Team members must have availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with specific scheduled hours determined based on business needs
