- Compensation – $45 per completed evaluation / $30 per completed follow up visit

Schedule Options:
- Part Time (1-29 hours)
- Full Time (30-40 hours)
- Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available
Qualifications:
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
