Our technology is trusted by leading companies like Grammarly, Spotify, Roblox, and Wix.We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and strategically-minded Product Marketing Manager to join our team to focus on our enterprise products - in particular our core Enterprise offering as well our Anomaly Detection solution. This role will serve as a critical link between Product, Sales, Marketing - and from there our users, ensuring that we deliver the right solution to the right audience with the right message at the right time across our product offering.Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update the messaging for our enterprise products, as well as the core public-facing assets that present our products, such as product webpages, product profiles, etc.</li><li>Develop and promote product marketing resources including case studies, guides, research articles, webinars, white papers, and videos to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, in conjunction with our Product Marketing Team.</li><li>Plan and help execute cross-channel marketing campaigns utilizing content, email, web, social media, and ads to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Maintain and expand competitive intelligence, including monitoring the marketplace, creation of battle cards, and research of related verticals.</li><li>Facilitate cross-departmental training to ensure messaging consistency and discipline.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to assist with successful product and feature launches.</li><li>Work with our Digital Marketing Manager on content for our social media channels, content calendar, and monitor performance metrics to optimize results.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to keep product collateral and sales enablement resources up-to-date.</li><li>Support as necessary additional initiatives driven by the Marketing team.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in (product) marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent business writing skills with experience crafting compelling messaging for technical products.</li><li>Familiarity with product marketing principles, techniques, and best practices</li><li>Experience working in B2B marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in marketing B2B enterprise products including SaaS experience.</li><li>Experience in monitoring, observability eco-systems is a definite plus.</li><li>Experience and/or knowledge of open-source technologies or open-source technology vendors.</li></ul>Together we willGrow our online presence, visibility & user experience<ul><li>Work with our Founders, engineers, the marketing team and others on meeting our existing and new users where they are with information that’s relevant to them.</li></ul>Moreover, we will<ul><li>Support your professional and personal growth: You will be working directly with our company founders, our marketing team, design and development teams.</li><li>Support and encourage your individual initiatives.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Good salary and bonuses, remote work model, and flexible working hours.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>The chance to make a real impact on our technology and user community.</li></ul>About VictoriaMetricsWe are the company behind the popular open-source, high-performance time-series database and monitoring solution: VictoriaMetrics.
