Job Posting Title Operator Legal Entity GKN Sinter Istanbul Metal Sanayi Ve Ticaret Ananim Sirketi (Turkey) Job Description Summary We are looking for candidates to work as Operators in the Tool Shop Department of the Production function. Job Description: Kalıp parçalarının parlatma, taşlama, zımparalama ve polisaj işlemlerini teknik resim ve kalite talimatlarına göre yapmak. Parçaların yüzey pürüzlülüğünü (Ra, Rz değerleri vb.) istenen toleranslarda sağlamak. Kalıp montajı öncesinde tüm parçaları temiz, çapaksız ve yüzey olarak hazır hale getirmek. Parlatma sırasında kimyasal ve mekanik malzemeleri (zımpara, elmas macun, keçe, parlatma taşları vb.) doğru şekilde seçmek ve kullanmak. İş güvenliği kurallarına uymak ve kişisel koruyucu donanımları kullanmak (gözlük, eldiven, maske vb.). Kalıp yüzeyinde çizik, çökme veya yanma gibi hataları tespit etmek ve amirine bildirmek. Gerekli durumlarda yüzey sertliği ve kaplama sonrası parlatma işlemlerini yapmak. Kullanılan el aletleri ve ekipmanların bakım, temizlik ve düzeninden sorumlu olmak. İş tamamlandığında alanı temiz ve düzenli bırakmak, yapılan işlemleri kayıt altına almak. Required Skills and Education Meslek lisesi ve üzeri okullardan mezun, Benzer pozisyonda min 2-5 yıl deneyimi olan, Teknik resim konusunda bilgi sahibi, Vardiyalı çalışabilecek, İstanbul Avrupa Yakası' nda ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan, Erkek adaylar için askerlik ile ilişiği olmayan.
