Ensure that all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain appropriate internal control standards. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and implement adequate segregation of duties mechanisms. Act as the key liaison for both external and internal audits. Demonstrated leadership and seniority to effectively represent the plant before Top Management, employee representatives/unions, and other key stakeholders. Direct reporting line to the Legazpi Plant Director, with a matrix reporting line to the Finance Manager. Fluent English is required. Basque (Euskera) would be a significant advantage.
