- Ensures buildings are maintained and presentable and in operational condition
- General upkeep including: Replacing light bulbs, patching and touching up paint as needed, inspecting and report stains or similar damager that cannot be repaired, handling maintenance tasks around the campus.
- Completing special tasks as assigned
- experience with facility maintenance or a background in related trades strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Proficiency in using computer and email
