- Manufacture electronic and electromechanical precision components according to technical production documentation
- Process very small components using magnifying glasses and microscopes, occasionally under cleanroom conditions
- Operate, set up and program smaller machines and equipment
- Perform functional checks and quality inspections of components and assemblies in accordance with production drawings and inspection instructions
- Optimize production processes in collaboration with other departments
- Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school or HTL)
- Experience in handling chemicals and working with adhesives and potting compounds
- IPC, WHMA or FED certifications are an advantage
- Independent and precise working style with a strong focus on quality
- Team player with a reliable approach to work
