Administrative Coordination
- Support agency-wide administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist with internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Required
- Associate’s degree in public administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or technical support.
- Proficiency in CARES, WWP, and other state systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with W-2 and Emergency Assistance programs.
- Familiarity with local workforce development and public assistance programs.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.
