Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you'll provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
Join Nursing Unit 4C/D at Henry Ford Novi!
Nursing Units 4C and 4D are adult inpatient units consisting of a 17-bed Medical-Surgical unit (4C) and a 15-bed Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit (4D). Together, these units provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for a diverse population of medical, surgical, and oncology patients. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality care, promoting positive patient outcomes, and supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
