What You Will Do

Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Six months of related customer service experience.
- Ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions.
- Proficiency with using a computer, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in good standing (three or fewer points).
