What will your role be?
We are looking for a Information Security Compliance & Governance Coordinator to perform the following activities:
- Monitor and track the organization's compliance with NIS2 and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and PowerPoint reports to communicate compliance progress, risks, gaps and overdue actions to management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and control owners to collect status updates, monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collect, review, organise and maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence of control implementation.
- Organise governance meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits, and NIS2-related assessments.
- Track audit findings and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate delays, blockers and compliance risks to the CISO.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Business Administration, IT, Law or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), audit support, PMO/PSO or a similar coordination role.
- Working knowledge of information security governance and a good understanding of ISO/IEC 27001.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and dashboards, and strong PowerPoint skills.
