Key Responsibilities - Support Talent Programs: Help coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the region. - Contribute to Strategic Projects: Assist with regional high-impact initiatives that drive leadership development, talent readiness, and organizational effectiveness. - Collaborate with Teams: Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to support talent initiatives. - Help with Communication: Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for talent programs and events. - Learn and Grow: Participate in BD University sessions and gain exposure to leadership development tools like LEAP, RISE, and Powerskills. - Engage with Strategic Processes: Support performance management, development planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys in collaboration with the Associate Shared Services Center (ASC). What You Bring - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. MBA students are welcome and encouraged to apply. - A curious, visionary mindset with a passion for helping people reach their fullest potential. - Creativity and strong communication skills, with an interest in instructional design, project management, and digital learning. - Frequent user of tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, with a desire to explore how technology can enhance learning and leadership development. - A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive, proactive attitude.
