Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: As the Sr. Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end digital experiences leveraging Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and integrated digital ecosystem components. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy and Vision: Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partners Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals Business Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threats Gather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee product development projects Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives Communicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders User Experience: Work with designers to create user-centric product designs Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed Agile Methodology: Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development management Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives Job Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field -or- equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management. Experience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS, Adobe Commerce (Magento). Experience working with global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management abilities. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data analytics and user experience design. PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: MBA or advanced degree. Experience in digital product development.
