Job Description: Job Description Responsible for customer service and support of company products, including but not limited to repairing / troubleshooting of probe cards Manage field escalation to provide quick solutions and/or leading engineering work and driving effective, timely communication with customers Provide customer training, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement program at the customer site Compile and maintain the database of product performance at field Identify opportunity and provide innovative solutions to improve customer’s overall use of the company probe cards Provide problem solving recommendations or solution by communicating with a customer and internal company worldwide team Maintaining excellent customer relationship through technical support and communication. Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering or related degree Min 3 years test engineering experience (e.g. Wafer Sort or Final Test) in semiconductor and/or application engineering in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company or semiconductor capital equipment. Experience in probe card is advantageous. Fresh graduates will be considered. Experience in customer service and support Excellent customer managements and interface skills Ability to present technical information in a dynamic, detailed, and credible way Communication skills (verbal/written) in English Knowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing (Especially, back-end semiconductor test desired) Personal car for traveling to provide customer service.
