Position Responsibilities Fleet Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment including Double Bellies, Double Sides, and Strongarms. Support Services: Operate specialized support vehicles such as Water Trucks, Street Sweepers, Telebelts, and Broom Trucks. Load Management: Manage and transport materials to and from active construction sites with precision and care. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean MVR and perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and reliable. On-Site Coordination: Work effectively with project managers and crew members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of commercial driving experience (Construction experience is a plus). Licensing: Valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement and other proper endorsements required. Driving Record: Clean MVR required at the time of offer. Compliance: Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (Drug-Free Workplace). Workers should be able to: Read and interpret road maps Practice good safety habits Work in dusty or dirty surroundings Follow instructions and meet set standards for hauling and scheduling Judge distances and weights accurately Make decisions based on verifiable standards. Physically, workers must be able to: Stoop, bend, and crouch Use hands, arms, and legs fully See well (either naturally or with correction) Lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
