Responsibilities Configure the HR and Benefits modules Convert and load HR data into UKG Ready formats Employee demographic imports Paygrades Assets Jobs/Positions Contacts EE enrollments Contacts (dependents/beneficiaries) Custom forms Benefits plans setups Benefits profiles set ups Workflows Requirements 1-3 years of hands -on consulting experience with the UKG Ready HR/Benefits Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation) Familiarity with data conversion software including EasyMorph, Able2Extract, Middleware Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment UKG Ready certification Prior implementation or consulting experience Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
