Role Purpose Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and lifecycle management of CSL Behring's portfolio in Brazil. The role drives sustainable business growth by developing brand strategies, ensuring launch excellence, maximizing market opportunities, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration while maintaining customer focus and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and tactical plans aligned with business objectives. Lead product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring flawless cross-functional execution. Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and financial performance to support strategic decision-making. Drive omnichannel customer engagement strategies and field force excellence. Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams to deliver business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, patient organizations, and other external stakeholders. Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and investments, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment. Lead agency partners and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality marketing initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience, business performance, and organizational capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience in brand planning, product launches, omnichannel marketing, and project management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM, and Business Intelligence tools.
