As a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll join a tight-knit, high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization. Key Responsibilities:
Engage across end-to-end project phases—from strategy to implementation—to solve complex data challenges.
Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches—enhancing DataCatalyst’s market differentiation.
Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments.
Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth—cultivating long-term relationships.
Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives.
Qualifications

5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines.
Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior experience in project‑based or billable consulting roles—preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
