GenesisCare has an opportunity for a Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) to join our supportive Albury clinic on a permanent full time basis. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, calm and supportive experience throughout their journey. You will work closely with our clinical team to help keep the clinic running smoothly and ensure patients feel supported from the moment they arrive. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are quite the same. You will be part of a close knit team, balancing patient support with a range of reception and administrative responsibilities. You do not need to come from a healthcare background to make an impact in this role. If you are organised, adaptable and passionate about helping people, we would love to hear from you.
