What you'll be doing Providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients. Understanding clients' circumstances and recommending suitable mortgage solutions. Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers. Managing applications through the full mortgage journey. Delivering excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements. Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality case files. Proactively generating and developing business opportunities. What we're looking for CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). Previous experience advising on mortgages. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A customer-first approach. Good attention to detail and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
