Here at ProPharma we are continuing to expand our Digital Transformation group and we are now seeking a new member of the team based in commutable distance from Melbourne to work on a Hybrid basis. In this newly created function, we are looking for a Freelancer/Contract Scientific Business Analyst who will be supporting a key life-sciences client on a full time basis. This individual needs to have a technical mindset and be able to work effectively with technology and scientific groups to reach a common goal. The project will commence immediately; it offers full time hours and will run until the end of June 2027 but with a strong chance of progressing further. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise on clients' global scientific platforms Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices for systems Collaborate with internal and external developers for building and implementation phases. Design and deliver training materials and sessions to encourage user adoption and standardization.
