Compensation Range $31.25 - $37.80 Hourly Rate Job Description Summary: Oversee and review the accurate collection of subcontractor prequalification materials, including financial, safety, and other related documents. Job Description: Job Requirements and Duties: • Responsible for subcontractor prequalification process and systems • Lead review of subcontractor prequalification submission for completeness and accuracy and enter data into subcontractor prequalification system • Follow up with Swinerton business units for missing subcontractor prequalification data • Lead routine standard investigations into subcontractor’s financial information to verify it is fairly reported to Swinerton • Lead subcontractors and/or Swinerton business units with system troubleshooting and questions • Oversee prequalification processor(s) to provide guidance, training, and assistance if needed • Evaluate and maintain subcontractor prequalification status • Execute ad-hoc subcontractor prequalification requests • Complete other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Skills/Experience: • Four-year business/accounting degree. • 1-3 years of accounting-related experience.
