Overview Effectively utilizes all department specific computer and telephone systems. Responsible for leading day-to-day operations of assigned department; participates in the development and delivery of staff education, training and orientation. Manages team workload, special projects; identifies issues and develops action plans to correct; reports trends. Monitors staff productivity that indicates timeliness and accuracy of tasks. Acts as a liaison between the department and outside departments providing consistent, detailed and relevant detail on issues and trends. Provides day to day coaching and development of their team members. What you will do Leads the daily operations of the department and serves as a resource to the team.
