Job Description: Analyst, Order to Cash Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | Full-Time About the Role Insightsoftware is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Order to Cash team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate, timely billing and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), contract review, invoicing and dispute management, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services. Manage customer accounts, queries, and invoices generation with precision and care. Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices. Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP. Monitor and manage accounts, cases, orders, and fulfilment for timely action. Confirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders. Oversee license key generation and fulfilment delivery to customers. Deliver an outstanding service experience to both internal teams and external customers. Meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. How will you do it? Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
