Minimum of 5 years of cardiology experience as an APP is required. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Perform new patient evaluations, follow-ups, hospital consults, and detailed health assessments. Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests relevant to cardiovascular conditions. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Prescribe and monitor medications and therapies. Educate patients and families on treatment options, prevention, and lifestyle changes. Coordinate care with referring providers and other specialties.
