Would you like to work with mechanical and electronic components in a production environment where accuracy and quality make the difference?

As a Production Employee Assembly & Quality Control, you assemble, calibrate, inspect, and test components based on technical instructions and customer requirements. You work carefully with different tools and measuring equipment, helping ensure that every completed product meets the required quality standards.

You’ll work in a structured production environment where safety, precision, and consistent output are at the core of the operation. Using technical drawings, tools, diagnostic equipment, and systems such as SAP or WMS, you help deliver high-quality products to our customers.

YOUR TASKS

As a Production Employee, you are responsible for assembling and checking mechanical or electronic components at your workstation. You follow technical instructions, perform repetitive production activities accurately, and make sure that products are correctly assembled and calibrated before they are sent to the customer.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assembling mechanical or electronic components according to instructions and technical drawings;
  • Calibrating equipment and components to ensure that measurements meet the required specifications;
  • Inspecting and testing assembled parts to identify defects, deviations, or misalignments;
  • Using tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments correctly and safely;
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workstation while consistently meeting production and quality requirements.

You’ll be part of a production team and report directly to the Supervisor. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining a smooth production process and ensuring that completed products meet customer and quality requirements.

You’ll work day shifts. This may vary depending on operational needs, and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Experience matters. But at Arvato, your development doesn’t stop. In this role, you’ll work with technical components, tools, measuring equipment, and production systems within an environment where accuracy, safety, and quality are at the core.

Through our comprehensive learning center and targeted training, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop yourself, both professionally and personally.

  • A gross monthly salary between €2.607 - €2.858 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
  • Shift allowance, if applicable;
  • 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour working week;
  • Additional time-off options: buy up to one extra week of vacation and receive up to three additional ‘sick-free’ days;
  • An attractive pension scheme;
  • Travel allowance;
  • Employee Benefits at Work, including discounts on various products and services;
  • Discounts on your gym membership and access to a bike plan;
  • An active employee association with informal activities and team outings.

For this position, it is necessary that you have the legal right to work in the Netherlands at the time of applying.

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for an accurate and hands-on Production Employee who enjoys working in a structured production environment and takes responsibility for quality, safety, and consistent results.

  • A pre-vocational secondary education level, preferably VMBO or an equivalent level obtained through education or work experience;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Experience in assembly or knowledge of production processes is an advantage;
  • The ability to read and interpret technical instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics;
  • Practical experience with tools, measuring instruments, or diagnostic equipment is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of SAP or WMS is an advantage;
  • Good communication skills and sufficient numerical insight;
