Your responsibilities You will install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot QCS and AMP systems at customer sites, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary customer contact, build strong relationships, identify support, training, and upgrade opportunities, and proactively follow up on installed equipment. You will deliver preventive and reactive service activities, provide on-call support when required, and ensure service work is completed safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to identify lifecycle upgrade opportunities, support project execution, and contribute to service growth across the region. You will maintain accurate service records, prepare monthly reports, share knowledge with colleagues, and support continuous improvement initiatives at customer sites. Expectations for you You have a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Control Engineering, or Pulp & Paper Engineering. You have up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience with QCS and AMP systems is considered an advantage. You have working proficiency in English and strong communication and teamwork skills. You are organized, self-disciplined, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment. This role requires regular travel and extended periods working at customer sites, with participation in on-call support when needed.
