You’ll support our team, oversee key business functions, and help create a culture of excellence in both medical care and client service. Qualifications include: • 3+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations, including budgeting, KPIs, and staffing • Proven ability to hire, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams • Familiarity with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth • Excellent communication skills — clear, empathetic, and confident at all levels • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment • Passion for people, pets, veterinary medicine, and building a positive workplace culture 💰 Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonus potential, designed to provide flexibility and reward your strengths and experience. Annualized Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000, based on experience and credentials.
