VCA Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists is seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our team full-time! We are a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week Emergency & Specialty Referral Hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and compassionate support to their families when they need us most. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients and their pets with compassion and professionalism Manage emergency walk-in patients and assist with the check-in process Schedule specialty and referral appointments Answer phones and respond to client questions and requests Check clients in and out and process payments and deposits Maintain accurate client and patient medical records Communicate with doctors, technicians, and other hospital team members Assist with client communication and follow-up Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment, including cleaning and general front-desk duties Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting Schedule Requirements Because we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work: Afternoons and evenings Weekends Holidays Compensation: Dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status If you thrive in a team environment, enjoy helping people during challenging moments, and want to grow your career in veterinary medicine, we would love to hear from you!
