In This Role, You Will: • Provide exceptional nursing care to emergency and critically ill patients. • Collaborate closely with Criticalists, ER Doctors, Specialists, and fellow technicians. • Perform triage assessments and assist with patient stabilization. • Utilize advanced technical skills including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, diagnostic imaging, laboratory diagnostics, oxygen therapy, and blood transfusion support. • Monitor hospitalized and ICU patients, recognizing subtle changes in patient status and communicating findings to the medical team. • Assist with emergency procedures and advanced treatments. • Educate clients and provide clear discharge instructions. • Help create a positive, collaborative environment focused on outstanding patient care.
