The Role As part of our dedicated night team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding overnight patient care across wards and ICU. You will work closely with referral clinicians, the ECC Manager, nursing colleagues, and leadership teams to ensure patients receive the highest standards of care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: Nursing complex referral and ECC patients overnight Monitoring and managing ICU and inpatient cases Supporting patient recovery and continuity of care Working collaboratively across multiple referral disciplines Contributing to high clinical standards and team efficiency Previous referral or out of hours experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full training and support will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking to transition into referral practice.
