Grow our rental business, drive results, and boost your earning potential with performance-based bonuses Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) Great Benefits Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist walk in and phone customers in a professional and welcoming manner Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their projects, timelines, and equipment needs Recommend appropriate equipment and attachments based on customer applications Prepare and execute rental agreements accurately and efficiently Follow up on quotes, upcoming needs, and rental opportunities Manage equipment scheduling and utilization to maximize rental availability and revenue Inspect equipment before and after rentals to ensure it is clean, functional, and ready for customer use Maintain accurate records of fleet condition, location, and readiness Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups, including trailer logistics.
