Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students in an elementary Autism Program in Thornton, CO. This position will provide specialized instruction in a center-based classroom serving students in 2nd–5th grade. You’ll develop and implement individualized instruction, support IEP goals, and create a structured, supportive learning environment where students can thrive. You’ll work alongside a collaborative school team with support from a therapist-run company that understands the unique needs of school-based professionals.
