Investment Research - The intern will support Investment Research teams across multiple disciplines, including Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation, and Investment Operations. Responsibilities include assisting with data gathering, documentation, process improvement initiatives, and presentation materials. This role provides hands-on exposure to investment research, portfolio analysis, and the investment decision-making process. High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027. A business-related or related college major is preferred. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews. Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must have reliable transportation. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
