Title: HRIS Analyst Company: Global Power Components – www.globalpowercomponents.com Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite 5-days/week, flexibility for remote) Hire Type: Direct Hire Position Summary: We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support our enterprise-wide Workday implementation and long-term HR systems strategy. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders, and our implementation partners throughout deployment, testing, go-live, and post-production optimization. This position requires prior hands-on Workday experience. The ideal candidate understands Workday functionality, HR processes, reporting, and system administration, and can contribute immediately in a fast-paced implementation environment.
