Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity, competitive pricing, and long-term business partnerships. Source electronic components, conduct market and part analysis, and negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase order placement, order tracking, expediting, and discrepancy resolution. Monitor semiconductor market trends, component availability, supply-demand dynamics, and inventory positions to support sourcing decisions. Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to support customer requirements and mitigate supply chain risks. Analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable trade regulations. Requirement: University or college degree holder Solid sourcing skills in IC electronics industrial Parts evaluation, price & contract negotiation & RMA settlement and able to understand the purchasing requisition to payment process. 3-7 year’s related experience, previous purchasing/sales experience at franchised distributor is a plus Proficient at coordination skills with vendors, sales, QA/QC and accounting department, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.
