OSHC Coordinator | Dianella Area.

PART TIME

Permanent Part-Time | 34 Hours Per Week | $1,250 First-Year Retention Bonus

Ready to take the next step in your career and lead a service where you can make a real difference?

We're looking for a passionate and capable Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to join our OSHClub service in the Dianella area.

If you have experience working in education and care, enjoy supporting a team and are ready to take on a rewarding leadership role, we'd love to hear from you!

A little about your new service

You'll be joining our OSHClub service in the Dianella area, where you'll have the opportunity to create a fun, welcoming and engaging environment for children before and after school.

From creative arts and crafts to sports, STEM activities and imaginative play, you'll help bring exciting experiences to life while building meaningful connections with children, families and the school community.

You'll also have a supportive team around you, with regular guidance from your Regional Manager and access to training and resources to help you feel confident in your role.

What does the role look like?

This is a permanent part-time position offering 34 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You'll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

  • Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am
  • After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Administration: An additional 4 hours of paid non-contact time per week.

Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, is essential for this position.

As Coordinator, you'll take the lead in creating a service where children feel safe, supported and excited to attend each day.

You'll guide and mentor your team of Educators, plan engaging activities and build strong relationships with families and the school community.

You'll also oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring a high standard of care, child safety and positive experiences for everyone involved.

Why join our team?

  • Competitive Pay: Earn up to $43 per hour + super, depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • $1,250 Loyalty Bonus: Enjoy retention bonuses throughout your first year with us.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our split shifts give you the middle of the day to yourself, whether that's for family, study or personal time.
  • Supportive Leadership: You'll have regular guidance, coaching and practical support from your Regional Manager, so you're never leading alone.
  • Career Growth: Access paid training, professional development and opportunities to progress within JAG.
  • Family-Friendly Benefits: Enjoy 10 weeks of paid parental leave and up to 50% off childcare fees.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Perks: Save on gym memberships, health insurance and everyday shopping.
  • Referral Rewards: Earn up to $750 cash for each successful employee referral.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from someone who:

  • Has previous experience working in Outside School Hours Care, childcare or a similar education and care setting, with the confidence to take on a leadership role.
  • Has experience leading, mentoring or supporting others, or has demonstrated initiative and leadership potential in their current role.
  • Is passionate about working with children and creating fun, meaningful experiences through play.
  • Is organised, approachable and confident managing daily operations, planning activities and supporting a team.
  • Understands the importance of child safety, quality care and building positive relationships with families.
  • Holds a completed qualification recognised for First Qualified Educator requirements in WA, in accordance with ACECQA.
  • Is available for all morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm).
  • Has Australian working rights and holds, or is willing to obtain, the required Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Is willing to complete the National Child Safety Training through Gecko before commencing employment.

Previous OSHC experience and leadership experience will be highly regarded. However, we also welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates with relevant experience in other education and care settings who are ready to take the next step in their career.
