We are looking for a creative professional with exceptional design skills, a strong understanding of brand identity, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling, polished visual concepts. The ideal candidate has an impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and visual storytelling, along with a genuine interest in exploring and using AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and push creative boundaries.
This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong creative judgment with technical expertise and is excited to integrate emerging AI technologies into everyday design workflows while maintaining high standards of originality and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity Development: Create distinctive visual identities, logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines that communicate a brand's personality and positioning.
- High-Level Graphic Design: Develop sophisticated, visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, presentations, packaging, and other branded collateral.
- Creative Concept Development: Translate creative briefs and business objectives into original design concepts, visual directions, and cohesive branding solutions.
- AI-Powered Design: Actively explore and use AI tools to generate creative concepts, develop visual assets, experiment with styles, and streamline design workflows.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints while adapting designs to different platforms, formats, and audiences.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality, production-ready files for digital and print applications, ensuring technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with creative team members and stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver designs that meet project objectives.
- Creative Innovation: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements to continuously improve creative output and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Review and refine designs to ensure they meet professional standards, project specifications, and brand requirements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on branding and visual identity.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing advanced design skills, original concepts, cohesive brand identity systems, and polished creative work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience developing complete branding systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools, with a genuine interest in experimenting with and integrating AI into creative workflows.
- Ability to combine AI-generated concepts or assets with professional design expertise to produce refined, original, brand-appropriate deliverables.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent design quality.
- Ability to receive feedback, iterate on concepts, and collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and accommodate the required working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency, branding studio, or marketing agency.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing assets, web graphics, social media creative, and packaging design.
- Experience presenting creative concepts and explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or other complementary creative disciplines is an advantage.
