This is a highly visible role focused on sourcing candidates, building professional relationships, and helping our growing organization attract top employees. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of positions across the organization.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and make successful hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent City Wide in the community through recruiting initiatives, professional associations, career fairs, and networking events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping teams grow.
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sales experience preferred.
