It is a behind the scenes position that requires handling of all arena and conversion equipment. Candidates should be polite, friendly, and able to follow direction easily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for set up and tear down of various events, such as hockey, basketball, concerts, which involves dasher boards, glass, staging, tales, chairs, etc Work cooperatively with all staff members Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours Assure the health, safety, and security of co-workers and guest by following all safety procedures and rules and OSHA standards Monitor and report to the manager any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, and safety concerns All other duties as assigned Qualifications Effective written and oral communication skills Prior guest service experience a plus Good time management skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent attendance Ability to multitask and take direction well Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure Working Conditions Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.
