About the Role 天津分公司业务发展规划的执行者和反馈者；营管处业务发展计划的制定者,对本营管处业务发展结果和经营管理负责；营管处营销人才培养和发展计划的首要执行者。 1. 策略规划协助机构负责人分解并落实业务发展战略与规划，确保各项关键考核指标达成。 2. 业绩推动指导各类营销员活动（如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等），有效推动业务发展；协助举办家族主管会，为业务主管提供管理建议与意见，助力其提升管理能力；指导主管制定商业计划，并提出针对性的改善方案；通过面谈、辅导等方式及时洞察营销员需求，协助其提升产能；统筹执行各类业务发展活动（如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等），确保活动有效落地。 3. 日常工作负责营管处晨会的经营与管理；负责公司信息的准确传达与宣导；协调所负责区域与公司相关部门的关系，妥善处理日常行政事务；指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议及投诉；辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力。 4. 营销员业务品质和销售行为管理在业务会议中推广业务品质管控与合规经营理念；协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规教育与纪律管理；及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在的业务品质风险及异常业务行为。 5. 其他事项响应业务需求，完成上级主管交办的其他临时性任务。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
