Bring practical knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Strategic Portfolio Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Workplace Service Delivery, or Legal Service Delivery. Understand how integrations, workflow automation and platform customisation create business value.
