About the Role Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to join our Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. This hands-on clinical role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within small, shared home environments where people with disabilities are supported to live independently and with dignity. Rather than working in a large residential or hospital setting, you will build meaningful relationships with participants living in their own homes, providing tailored clinical support that reflects their individual needs and goals. As a Registered Nurse specialising in High Intensity NDIS supports, you will work with participants with complex needs, including enteral feeding, catheter and bowel care, tracheostomy and ventilation support, dysphagia management, and other specialised interventions. You will also provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure safe, high-quality care across the support team.
