Must have previous 5 years’ experience as a generalist role or similar role. Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, organisational change and workforce initiatives. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and HR best practice. Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and partner with leaders to achieve business outcomes. Experience managing complex employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations and workplace disputes. ·Strong communication, coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver practical and solution-focused advice. Ability to use workforce data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support continuous improvement. Experience supporting organisational change, leadership capability development and the implementation of people strategies. A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a commitment to organisational values, employee experience and service excellence. A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
