Digital Zone is a fast-growing digital payments and voucher platform, active in Iraq and expanding into Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We operate across gaming, telco, streaming, e-commerce, and live events — and we’re building the marketing team to match our ambitions.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and run marketing campaigns end-to-end — from planning through execution and performance review. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, work closely with Brand, Creative, and Growth, and be hands-on in getting campaigns live, on-brand, and delivering results across our markets.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Planning & Execution
– Plan and run always-on and campaign-based marketing activity across Iraq, KSA, and UAE
– Own campaign timelines, budgets, and briefs from kickoff through to launch and wrap-up
– Write clear creative and media briefs, and coordinate with Creative and external agencies on delivery
– Ensure every campaign lands on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
Channel & Performance Management
– Manage marketing execution across paid, social, content, and partnership channels
– Track campaign performance against KPIs and report out on results and learnings
– Work with Growth and analytics to optimize campaigns based on performance data
– Support always-on content calendars alongside campaign moments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to keep campaigns aligned with brand positioning and guidelines
– Work with Product and Partnerships on go-to-market plans for new launches and features
– Coordinate with CRM/lifecycle teams to ensure consistent messaging across owned channels
– Brief and manage day-to-day relationships with external creative and media agencies
Market Adaptation
– Adapt regional and global campaign ideas for local market nuances (Iraq, KSA, UAE)
– Bring market and consumer insight into campaign planning and briefs
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
– 5–8 years in marketing, with hands-on campaign planning and execution experience
– Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once
– Experience briefing and working with creative teams and external agencies
– Strong project management skills, comfortable owning timelines and budgets
– Data-driven approach to evaluating and optimizing campaign performance
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Arabic speaker
– Iraq-based
Nice to Have
– Experience in gaming, telco, fintech, or e-commerce categories
– Familiarity with markets (Iraq, KSA, UAE)
– Experience with performance ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
