AYANA Bali is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager specializing in the Chinese market to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities across our resort portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Chinese market, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record in sales and business development within luxury hospitality. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and driving revenue growth from China while representing AYANA Bali’s commitment to exceptional luxury hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the Chinese market, achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives
- dentify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and strategic partners in China
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese travel trade partners, key industry stakeholders, and relevant distribution channels
- Drive room revenue, group business, and other revenue opportunities from the Chinese market in alignment with the resort’s commercial strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities
- Represent AYANA Bali at sales missions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings relevant to the Chinese market
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Reservations teams to develop effective market strategies and maximize business performance
- Monitor sales performance, market production, and account development, providing regular reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management
- For Senior Manager-level candidates, provide strategic market leadership, drive high-value commercial partnerships, and contribute to the overall sales and revenue strategy
