Obowiązki: Terminowa i zgodna z obowiązującymi standardami likwidacja szkód; Kompletowanie informacji i dokumentów niezbędnych do likwidacji szkód; Analiza okoliczności i rozmiaru szkody; Informowanie klientów na temat procesu likwidacji szkody, przysługujących uprawnień i wymaganych dokumentów; Prowadzeniu negocjacji z poszkodowanymi lub ich pełnomocnikami; Bieżąca współpraca z partnerami i rzeczoznawcami w zakresie likwidowanych szkód; Bieżąca współpraca z organami administracji państwowej w tym policją, prokuraturą, sądami; Prowadzenie spraw szkodowych pod kątem zabezpieczenia praw Towarzystwa do roszczeń regresowych; Przygotowywanie/wydawanie decyzji w szkodzie; Przygotowywanie wypłat należnych odszkodowań i świadczeń; Rozpatrywanie skarg i odwołań. Oczekiwania: Wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane kierunki: ubezpieczenia, prawo, ekonomia; Doświadczenie w obszarze likwidacji szkód komunikacyjnych; Znajomość przepisów prawa cywilnego i ubezpieczeniowego oraz orzecznictwa sądowego, które ma zastosowanie w postepowaniu likwidacyjnym; Wysokie zdolności analityczne, dociekliwość; Dobra znajomość programów pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel, Word; Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. średnio-zaawansowanym; Umiejętność efektywnej pracy pod presją czasu; Umiejętności negocjacyjne z trudnym Klientem; Umiejętność samodzielnego planowania i terminowej realizacji zadań; Nastawienie na osiąganie wyników indywidualnych oraz zespołowych; Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, otwartość na naukę i współpracę zespołową; Dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość przepisów karnych związanych z oszustwami.
