Job Description : Dans le cadre d'un accroissement temporaire d'activité lié à une réorganisation interne, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) d’Ordonnancement afin de rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein de notre UPA Cosmétique pour une période de 15 à 18 mois. Vous serez en charge de l'ordonnancement des productions avec pour objectif d’assurer la bonne gestion des flux et d’optimiser la planification des activités, à savoir :· Élaborer et mettre à jour les plannings de production en fonction des commandes clients, des capacités de production et des délais impartis. Coordonner les ressources matérielles pour répondre aux besoins de production et aux priorités. Suivre l’avancement de la production et veiller à la bonne exécution des plans d’ordonnancement. Analyser les écarts entre le planning prévu et l’exécution réelle, identifier les causes et proposer des solutions pour améliorer les performances. Assurer la communication avec les différents interlocuteurs (Supply Chain, logistique....) pour garantir une coordination optimale. Gérer les aléas (retards, pannes, imprévus) et ajuster les plannings en conséquence. Profile Description : Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2 en gestion de production, logistique, supply chain ou dans un domaine similaire complétée par une première expérience, idéalement dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de production et d’ordonnancement et possédez :· Un excellent sens de l'organisation, une grande rigueur, ainsi qu'une capacité à prioriser les tâches efficacement. De bonnes compétences en communication et un esprit d’équipe développé.
