Job Description : Au sein de la Direction Générale des Opérations, en collaboration avec l'animateur Excellence Opérationnelle, vous travaillerez sur les missions suivantes: Concevoir et déployer un outil d’aide au diagnostic d’une panne sur les lignes de conditionnement Analyser les besoins des équipes opérationnelles (production, maintenance, qualité…). Concevoir un outil structuré permettant d’identifier rapidement les causes de dysfonctionnements ou d’écarts (type arbre décisionnel, matrice causes/effets, logigramme interactif ou autre solution pertinente). Tester l’outil auprès d’utilisateurs pilotes et intégrer les retours. Déployer la version finalisée, accompagner son adoption et formaliser une documentation d’utilisation. Elaborer une gamme vidéo à l'aide de lunettes connectées Participer à la définition du besoin avec les équipes terrain. Réaliser ou co-réaliser les enregistrements via les lunettes connectées. Structurer, monter et valider la gamme vidéo auprès des opérateurs et du management. Assurer la mise à disposition dans un format compatible avec les supports internes (tablettes, intranet, etc.) Contribution au déploiement, au maintien et à l'amélioration du 5S. Profile Description : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur et recherchez un stage de 4 à 6 mois. Doté(e) d'un esprit d'initiative, vous êtes force de proposition et appréciez analyser des données pour résoudre des problématiques opérationnelles, notamment à travers les méthodes Lean et d'Excellence Opérationnelle. Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication, aimez travailler en équipe, faites preuve de sens pratique et d'autonomie sur le terrain.
