Job Description : Au sein de la Direction Générale des Opérations, vous contribuez à la mise en place, le suivi, la maintenance et l’évolution des applicatifs industriels de votre périmètre (LIMS, GMAO, ERP, MES…). Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des utilisateurs, de la Direction des systèmes d’information et des prestataires pour assurer la performance, et la conformité des systèmes. 🎯 Vos principales responsabilités Assurer l’administration et le maintien en état validé des systèmes (« system owner ») pour les applicatifs dont vous avez la charge. Contribuer à l’amélioration des applicatifs, identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue et proposer des évolutions. Suivre les résolutions des problèmes rencontrés Garantir la cohérence entre les différents applicatifs et process en vigueur Dans les phases de projets, accompagner les utilisateurs dans la définition des besoins et la rédaction des cahiers des charges, spécifications fonctionnelles … Etablir les plannings projets et les suivre, alerter en cas de points durs, Participer à la formation des utilisateurs, remonter les besoins, proposer des modules de formation. Profile Description : De formation supérieure (type Bac+2/3) dans le domaine de l’informatique, vous avez une expérience de la mise en œuvre et du suivi d’applicatifs industriels. Vous savez gérer des projets et notamment dans un environnement type industrie pharmaceutique, cosmétique. Vous êtes familier avec les processus de qualification validation, permettant un pilotage rigoureux des systèmes et des changements opérés. Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et une capacité à collaborer et à travailler en équipe (dans un esprit service support aux opérations).
